QUALIFICATION AND COMPETENCE OF KEY STAFF

Since the incorporation Standwatch has continued to focus on providing high quality integrated solutions to our clients. Set apart from our competitors by constantly innovating, evolving and setting new standards in the industry. The company’s policy is to employ staff of the highest caliber and experience that ensures excellent product delivery. Consequently, we have a team which are closely knit and relate positively to each other.

Whereas the management positions are occupied by top notch technocrats, the operational departments are manned by experienced retired senior officers from both the Ghana Police and the military. This is effectively backed and monitored by the Board of Directors, who are dedicated to their regular meetings. On the selection and requirement of security officers, particular attention is given to the selection of matured personnel and very energetic young men and women (most of whom have completed at least JHS/SHS). As it is customary with Standwatch, all selected personnel are subjected to strict Criminal Records Check (CRC) by the Ghana Police, in addition to our own internal check mechanism.

METHODODLOGY AND WORK PLAN

IN compliance with the objectives for which the client is outsourcing security to private companies, i.e. to protect and safeguard your facilities and installations and to meet your scope of service, we intend to adopt the following technical approach.

Prior to the commencement of this task, an assignment Manager will be appointed and he will be required to constitute an Assignment Task Implementation Team (ATIT)

This team will meet the security coordinator of the company and other relevant members of staff to solicit more information and data on the exact requirements, including any special training requirements other than those specified in the company’s terms of reference. The information so acquired will be fused with the primary information gathered during our Recce / familiarization tour of the various sites/ locations. These will then be used to draft a set of ‘Assignment Instructions’ (Post Orders). In effect this document outlines the detailed requirement of the client and would include all standing orders and Emergency Procedures as appropriate, as well as reinforcing the Standard Company Operating Procedures for our security officers. Once drafted, the company would be asked to study the document to ensure that our understanding of your needs and intentions are one and the same. When mutually agreed, the instructions would be signed by your good selves and Standwatch. Copies would then be issued to client and our security officers at the various site as their reference Book. Suggestions that are made will also be tabled for detailed discussion. Indeed, after the first month, a service Delivery Assessment Form (SDAF) will be completed with client, this will be repeated every quarter thereafter, to enable us “fine-tune” the service required at the respective assignment locations/sites. There would also be regular Appraisal and Monitoring Meetings between client and us.
